Rak Marine Services LLC use expertise in the marine sector, to venture into the industrial and commercial sectors as well. By offering the same quality required by rigorous marine standards at a cost-competitive manner, we also perform steel fabrication, welding and erection works both in-house or at site. Our capability ranges from platforms, ladders, railings, walk-ways and light-posts to small tanks, skids and complicated structures.
We have the capabilities and the infrastructure to undertake all types of new building and has established a solid reputation as a ship builder over the last decade. We have a track record of building new split hopper barges, cutter suction dredger, barges, self-elevating platforms, multi-cats, pontoons and mooring buoys.
Ship Building & Repair
Rak Marine Services LLC , a team of highly qualified engineers and our workshop is equipped with state-of-the-art machineries for shearing, drilling, shaping, milling, pipe notching, plate bending, lathe machines etc. We are also equipped with proper and necessary equipment, tools, tackles and transportation facility for site erections.
Our engineering and project execution expertise allow us to carry out conversions of all types of vessels. Over the years, we have completed projects including barge conversions, split hopper dredger conversion to fall pipe vessel, spreader pontoon conversions, conversion of vessels into pipe laying & cable laying vessels and accommodation barges.
